Designing the Creation Story Text Screens
In designing the backgrounds for the screens, I often started with scans of my handmade papers, but then added folded, cut, twisted pieces to the montage.
I found I had a great deal of freedom playing with the papers in Photoshop. This was version 2.5, no layers!
Although many screens had graphic or illustrative elements, some were text and paper only.
